TRIAL TRAINING FAQs

Participants are encouraged to arrive prepared, well-rested, and in comfortable attire. You should bring workout clothes you can move freely in, and water to stay hydrated.

Participants are advised to wear workout clothes that allow comfortable and confident movement (e.g., t-shirts, leggings, shorts, and sports bras). Yes, both a changing room and a shower area are available for use.

The program welcomes individuals aged 16 and above. Participants under 18 are required to provide parental or guardian consent prior to joining.

Participants can create an account on the website and select their preferred class, date, and time via the Schedules page. They may also contact the team directly through the Contact page.

Group sessions can accommodate up to seven participants.

Participants may cancel or make changes to their reservation at least 24 hours before the session. To reschedule, they should contact the team before this deadline. Adjustments can be made depending on slot availability.

Spice Up Fitness focuses on glute-centered training that goes beyond aesthetics. The program builds a strong foundation to improve posture, strengthen the back and core, and support everyday movement and overall well-being. The goal is to help individuals feel stronger, more confident, and empowered.

Yes, everyone is welcome to train. Programs are tailored to each individual's experience, abilities, and goals to ensure safety, support, and confidence throughout the process. Best to consult your doctor prior.

Yes, all beginners are required to complete at least three one-on-one sessions first to build proper foundation and technique before joining group training programs.

Training sessions typically last 60 minutes.

Participants should inform their trainer during the consultation. Exercises will be modified to ensure safety while still supporting their goals.

Results vary for each individual, but many begin to notice increased strength after about two months of consistent training (around twice per week). Consistency is key to progress.
